Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe content on this site infringes your copyright, send a notice to copyright@gtanews.2bd.net including:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
- The exact URL/location of the allegedly infringing material on this site
- Your contact information (name, address, phone, email)
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
- Your physical or electronic signature
Counter-Notification
If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to the same address identifying the removed material and providing your consent to jurisdiction.
Our Approach to Images
We do not knowingly republish copyrighted images without permission. Where a suitable licensed or official image is unavailable, we use original editorial graphics instead.
